CIA Bayanihan Textpower Brigade Incorporated is an Non-Stock Corporation.  A non-profit, non-sectarian, charitable and humanitarian organization.

CIA Bayanihan Textpower Brigade is a transformation of Community Information and Assistance (C.I.A.), now Citizen’s Information and Assistance.

Community Information and Assistance (C.I.A.) is a non-profit association founded in December 5, 1994 with the mission by providing relevant and concurrent information that can assist and empower the Filipinos by uniting them together through the power of communication or textpower.

Over the past twelve (12) years (1994-2006), CIA was able to have enlisted over 20,000 members nationwide.

Bayanihan Textpower Brigade was organized because there is an UNTAPPED, UNUTILIZED Power of the cellphone (POWER IN COMMUNICATION) due to the absence of a CENTRAL COMMUNCATION SYSTEM that will unite, serve, inform, and anchor users.

Hence, the BAYANIHAN TEXTPOWER BRIGADE!
